[It's been a while since we've seen Garden's favorite group of vicious girls... so of course, they're lounging around in the Quad. They're holding up newspapers from their hometowns and disgustedly looking at the pictures.

As par for the course, they're not even trying to be polite with their loud whispers:]

Ugh, why did the off-worlders have to bring those creeps with them?

Seriously! It's not like they're enough of a burden on us. Now we have to fight their battles too?

And really, why did they tick off these creeps in the first place? Do these freaks even have any brains?

[Just for good measure, they eagerly take a newspaper and rip it in half.]

Embarrassment? More like people concerned for our own world.

Really, Maria. It's not that we don't like these people [That's a lie if anyone ever heard one] but we don't like how people from their worlds are attacking us. Don't they have anything better to do?

I got stuck in Time Compression on my way here! The Commander got pulled here too by it, and so did his companions! Are WE all brainless freaks because something happened to us that we had no control over and put us someplace that we aren't supposed to be?!

[Ronnae was trying her best to ignore such familiar comments. Even though the nature was different, the tone and the harshness of the words was all too familiar to the half-breed. Often having been directed personally at her in school for her heritage.

If it continued she'd leave, but she tried her best not to cause a scene by simply bolting from the place so she tried to also avoid their looks, even if she looked over curiously every now and then.]

[Having arrived recently , Jackson doesn't recognize the sound of the girls' gossiping voices. Though he hears the words quite well. He looks over his shoulder at them. Jackson knew better than to say anything.]

[Brainless? Freaks? While he doesn't entirely understand, he understands the animosity. And that alone bothers him. However, he can set some things straight.]

It is not that they angered anyone, in some cases, but that the ones attacking are simply set in their path and choices and seek to watch the world burn, regardless of the world. If such is the case, would you rather the otherworlders sit idly by, not moving in to stop the threats they have faced long before you ever knew they existed?
