[ All the participating SeeD candidates have been called to wait in the 2F hallway for a faculty member to read the names of those who have passed the field exam. In true fashion, though, the faculty member is a bit late; after all, what's more entertaining than letting the cadets sweat a bit?]

[OOC:Candidates will receive their SeeD field exam reports where everything is graded on a 100 point scale. Depending on the overall score, a SeeD rank will be assigned. Please use your best judgement when evaluating your character's performance on the exam.

Conduct: How the candidate behaves within the mission and within their team.
Judgement: The decisions the cadet makes and the effect of them upon the mission.
Attack: How aggressive and skillful the candidate is during the mission.
Spirit: How brave and/or determined the candidate is during the mission.
Attitude: Judges the candidate's moral and professional behavior during the mission.

[Finally, the faculty member slowly makes his way to where all the cadets have convened. After clearing his throat, he begins to read the list in a slow, monotone drawl:]

Brief… Bulla.

Heartilly… Rinoa.

Kamui… Gakupo.

Katara.

Marco.

Sutcliff… Grell.

Zuko.

That is all. Dismissed. Those who have been called forward, please follow me to the Headmaster's office.

[Without a pause, the faculty member turns and heads towards the elevator.]

[Once the faculty member shuffles in, he takes his place standing off to the side.]

These are the seven cadets who have passed today's exam.

[Cid stands before the cadets, positively beaming at the group of newly appointed SeeDs.]

First of all, congratulations. However… from now on, as a member of SeeD, you will be dispatched all over the world. We are proud to introduce SeeD, Balamb Garden's mercenary soldiers. SeeD soldiers are combat specialists. BUT… that is only one aspect of SeeD. SeeD is a valuable asset to Garden. It's reputation is solely dependent on each one of you. Handle your mission with care.

Here are your SeeD exam reports.

[And Cid begins to make his way to each cadet, taking a moment to give a personal congratulations to each of them.]

[After all who would have imagined that the hopeful young girl who came to the SeeD ball seeking aid would one day be joining their ranks? Especially after well... everything that's happened.]

Conduct: Gakupo is composed, willing to work with his team at all costs, a bit reckless when it comes to his own personal safety. Making sure his teammates are alright is more important than his own well being.

Judgement: Usually makes sound judgement, but the aforementioned situation may put his own life on the line.

Attack: Depending on the enemy, he'll base his attacks on their vulnerability. For example, if there's an enemy more susceptible to magic, then he'll use magic. He's very skilled at fighting with a blade and adept with para-magic.

Spirit: Gakupo doesn't give up. It may just be stubbornness that makes him determined, and brave because being a coward is not what a warrior does. So he says.

Attitude: He has high morals, usually doing what is best in the end. He is very respectable to his superiors, if they deserve it. He does try to be as polite as possible, but he does not like to be pushed.

Conduct: 87/100

Attitude: 85/100

Conduct: Very overconfident, but not without reason. Seems to be a team player, if it benefits her own ends. 80/100

Judgement: Reckless, self-centered, but can be persuaded by the right people or reason. Acts on her own most times. 73/100

Attack: She's very brutal with her attacks and lavish in her displays of violence. It gets the job done, however sloppily it comes out. 89/100

Spirit: Grell seems fearless, or oblivious to danger. It's unclear. There is definitely a strong fighting spirit. 88/100

Attitude: Very aloof, nonchalant, unfazed by most of what was going on. It could be her undoing, but among all the others who were nervous, it was different to encounter such an attitude. She can be serious when necessary. 84/100

Conduct:
Pros: Rinoa's always felt strongly about the safety of her friends and teammates. If she thinks they need help she's quick to jump into a fight, and even quicker to pull on her magic reserves to keep everyone healthy, protected, and shielded. Her on the field experience proves invaluable.

Cons: Perhaps a little too quick with magic sometimes. See Judgement

Pros: Prone to moderation and considering the options before jumping in head first. (She's learned her lesson about being reckless for the most part.)

Cons: A little too cautious sometimes. Unless it comes to magic, apparently doesn't worry too much about conserving her magic stores. She's got a lot of them, but being too reckless is never a good thing.

Attack:
Pros: A decent gunblade user with extremely formidable magic abilities. She's also talented with junctions and completely confident in her own abilities. Totally and brought Shooting Star along as well should she need a physical attack from a distance.

Cons: Still needs more gunblade experience to become truly flawless.

Spirit:
Pros: She's a very headstrong and stubborn young woman. Her commitment and dedication are to be commended.

Cons: That said she's not foolhardy. Rinoa lives by the motto that if things get too bad it's better to run, regroup, and try again. She who runs away gets to live another day after all. That said she doesn't give up easily and the chance of her actually suggesting a retreat are slim.

Attitude:
Pros: Her personality has always been optimistic, outgoing, and generally friendly. She's very much so a "Can do" girl and the glass is always half full. What some initially mistook for nerves was actually dedication and commitment. If given a job Rinoa's not going to let people down so long as she's able.

Cons: A little too outspoken at times, but she's gotten better at choosing her words. ~~Could possibly have trouble in the future depending upon her orders as she'd rather find peaceful, non-violent solutions when possible.~~
