It seems far more pronounced here than elsewhere. Not only are you barely encouraged to be yourself, you're bound by the rules and guidelines.

Safety at the cost of controlling you, that's what this is.

Which is what I'm getting at. A single place to reside shouldn't be the only thing to accept. At the end of the day you're still trapped, defeating the purpose of the Garden itself.
