01 | action, cafeteria... or training center
[First day in a brand new world... Strangely enough, Olette's finding it pretty okay. Once the initial shock sets in and she's pretty sure that she can't return home, she decides she's going to make the most of it!
... Well, she was going to make the most of it. She only had to make one step into the Training Center to quickly realize that she wasn't really cut out for military life. Her, fight? That sounded more like something Sora or Hayner'd do. Not her. She wasn't the fighter.
So instead, after that rough wake-up call, she marches to the cafeteria with her letter and catalog and peruses it there. Since there really wasn't a free chair - most of the kids had dragged those off to other tables - she decides to instead sit on the table. With her legs crossed, she situates herself on the top of the table and carefully reads the catalog from cover to cover.
For a military school, this place doesn't seem that scary... not on paper, at least.]

No, you're definitely not. I don't think there's really any choice in who gets stuck here, it could be anyone--even regular folks who aren't into the military thing.

[Danny has seriously just made her day!] So what're you majoring in?

What are you thinking of majoring in?

But, uh...I'm pretty sure everyone has to take at least a few fighting classes. I'm...not really looking forward to them.

[she giggles, taking out a blank page from the catalog and blocking out a rough timetable:] Why don't we study for them together? I'm gonna try and arrange my schedule so that we have some of the same classes.

Here, let me just--
[Danny places the tray on the table at his side and digs around in his bag for a piece of paper showing his schedule (http://totallynotaspaz.livejournal.com/24503.html#cutid1).]
Here it is.

I don't know what I'll be taking - though Home Ec looks nice - so maybe it'll be mostly required stuff and then a few fun ones.
no subject
Uh--Home Ec? What's Home Ec?

[Danny is not concerned with the silliness of Home Ec not being masculine enough.]

Maybe I'll save it for next Quarter; that way, we can take it together.
