Sure, you can call a truce, but as long as there's individuality and free will there will be conflict no matter where you go.

Now take this armadillo I just mentioned. He's annoying, impulsive, stupid, and has an ego the size of the planet. Sure, he's on my team, but sometimes he needs taking down a notch or two. Who better to do it than me?

Which is why I said you should try petting him.

...that and it would be funny to see how he reacts.

Some conflict doesn't mean you have to fight all the time though.

What? But he's on your team, you should be trying to get along with him even if his personality doesn't mesh with yours as well as you'd like. See? It's thinking like this that causes the conflict you were talking about.

Just because he's my friend doesn't mean I have to get along with him. Things are more interesting if they're shaken up a bit.

Besides, he spends half the time calling me insane anyway.
