BBS: Confused by Classes

Hey Guys.

I was just wondering if anyone was majoring in BATT-MED. I was kind thinking I'd sign up but I wanted to talk about it first.

Also, I was wondering how hard the sociology and political science classes were.

I'm trying to get this all sorted as early as possible I guess.

I took a break from it and just spent a few days getting to know the place. I'm kind of a good healer... it sort of came natural when I got my magic.

I've got a little bit of experience in non-magical healing. Not much though... we had to bandage Snow when he saved me from the fall... But that was it really.

I hope it won't count against me.

I'm majoring in BATT-MED! I'll be going into my fourth quarter so I've taken a majority of the classes and pre-requisites. If you have any questions, I'll be glad to answer them!

I was kind of wondering what they teach you in actual healing... I have a lot some experience of healing people in battle. Do you think they'd prefer me to be a clean slate?

In actual healing... they teach us a lot of things using para-magic. Spells like cure, cura, curaga, esuna, things like that. They also go in depth with all the different potions and elixirs, when to use them, but they also have more of the non-magical elements too. How to treat patients traditionally, some surgical procedures, even herbal medicine for when you're in the wild.

I don't think a clean state is necessary, though. Before I came here, I had some healing experience too and they didn't mind. The instructors are actually pretty interested in finding out what other people can do, healing wise.
