[BBS] on esthar

You know, Esthar's history is a lot more interesting than the city itself. You'd think a place this big would have more variety, but it's all the same - clean, shiny and blue. And everything seems to be run by computers.

Where's all the life in this place?

Why would size equal variety? Wouldn't it just be based on location?

There's a shopping arcade, but it's all computer run. Even the bookshop.

Esthar seems to have a pretty involved history, so it can't have all looked like this forever. There's barely any sign at all of the Esthar before everything got modernised.

You'd best ask someone in the Garden for advice, then, because you're not getting much out of a machine. I picked up a few martial arts magazines, but I think I'll stick to proper bookshops. Or the library.
