As the quarter advances and classes begin to delve into more thorough material, I would like to extend my help to those who may need tutoring in addition to their lessons. Though I specialize in para-magic, I do have a thorough understanding of the compulsory classes as well.

My father was a very decorated military man, who knew what justice was and instilled that upon me. So it would be interesting to hear about the protective forces from your world.

Well, let's see. They destroy entire islands under a buster call, they're forced to obey the whims of the tenryuubito because the world government was founded by the elite 20 and all their descendants are supposed to be gods or some shit. So while most of the world banned slavery centuries ago, the tenryuubito can do whatever they want. And because of that, a bunch of wannbe sorry-ass "pirates" got into enslaving fishmen and mermaids for the amusement of the so-called holy. And the marines couldn't do jack about it so my Pops, a pirate did.

And my best friend was hunted before he was born just for the blood in his veins, like it means anything. They were scared of what he could become. so much that they were willing to kill thousands to get to him, and to sacrifice him like some sort of offering so that they would be spared.

So no. The word "justice" doesn't exactly fill me with a sense of nobility and protection.

‮...obviously, they have a twisted sense of justice, which I wouldn't call what they're doing justice. God-like descendants or not, no one has the right to pass judgment on an unborn life just because of their parents. It's not secret that the government abuses their power, but yours has gone far off the deep end.

Well, Pops always said the same thing, eh. "The sins of a father do not pass onto the sons." My father taught me everything I know about right or wrong. That or we always just agreed, so I guess I can see why you'd be defensive. Monkey D. Ace too... even if I don't trust even his bosses. I had to watch Akainu drive a hole through his midsection with magma. That's not the kind of thing you just forgive and forget. Different Ace or not.

I wouldn't forget that, either! And you shouldn't. I won't get up in arms about justice, but I do think justice shouldn't be abused or tainted. I've never had the desire to join the military like my forefathers, but if I knew things like what you've told me were happening in my world, I would join to make a difference.

I cannot say for certain that events would distort my path, but I'm sure I wouldn't prevent you from rescuing a friend.
