So I'm actually back at Garden. I can barely believe it.

What have I missed? How long have I been gone?

[Shrugs and perfectly deadpan.] So be it. Want to wait here while I grab your present or should I bring it up to the dorms?

All right, I'll bring it up. [It's a blue wrapped soft blue blanket with electric heater for added warmth around winter ports.]

[Perhaps to Espio's relief, Breaker immediately locks onto Tobias when they get into the dorm, and after a giggling Toby and a whining dog, he actually settles down to a passive state.

Tobias takes a slow look around the dorm, as if he can't quite believe he's there again.]

...Just a few days, huh.

Yup. And you didn't leave - you were actually unconscious. We had you in the infirmary. Marco was being an idiot and refusing to leave your side, even though he clearly needed rest. I thought he was gonna make himself sick.

Two years, right? I'd expect it does. Still, at least you didn't have to trek half-way across the world just to find the Garden again.

[It's a long story.... but to boil it down:

On arrival, Tobias had taken over someone else's body. While the next year passed relatively smoothly, Tobias was afraid to leave his body alone, so he went up with a friend he made -- named Silver -- to find it. Of course, once he DID, it was about half virus and sentient on its own. It was only through Silver's help that he could take it back over, and even then he was hit with the memories of who it'd hurt when they'd strayed up. Of course, Team Rocket came back after them, so he and Silver went to another region to try to find SOMETHING for help -- and ended up in a four way war between them, the Rockets, and two other teams, which ended with an area of the ocean completely dried up and an area of the continent with cities completely buried underwater. And if that wasn't enough, Silver ended up making a Rocket commit suicide without knowing it, thanks to a special "mind control" drug his father was messing with. Somewhere in all this war, he and Silver found a few unknown Pokemon, which managed to move the virus into his body where it was more controlled, but he's been shot at, attacked, and near-crippled more this past year than he had in his entire life, and it wasn't pleasant.]

Man, that is a long story. Don't think I grasped everything, but... when it comes down to it, I'm glad you're still okay, and that you found a good friend. Things'll get better, even if it takes time.

I know. We've been working towards it, but it just sometimes seems impossible.
