Most likely, the more openly disruptive elements will be dealt with, either by the SeeDs and Faculty, or by the other off-worlders. If conflicts among off-worlders are allowed to fester, the in-fighting risks extending to all of them.

So, you too suspect the nightmares to have been intentional?
