[Things are going so much better now. Between catching up on her sleep and enjoying the marked lack of classes, Rinoa's in a much better mood than she's been in the for the last several weeks. Sadly she's not the sort of person who survives very well on a limited amount of sleep so all those nightmares had been well, a nightmare.

Everything was better now and she was getting te sleep she needed night after night. This is why with a much improved outlook on life and way less caffeine in her veins, she's hanging out in the city square of Dollet.]

Feels nice to be out in the fresh air and off Garden for once, doesn't it girl?

[Sitting on the edge of the fountain, she smiles as she ruffles Angelo's fur fondly. After a moment the dog gives her an enthusiastic lick and then bounds off in search of a something (a stick, a ball, a person?) they can use for play. Rinoa stays behind, legs stretching out in front of her as she leans back a little to enjoy the sunlight.]

[Whatever she had been going to say was lost by Angelo's noisy and rather jubilant return.

Who's a good little Angelo? Yes you are, yes you are! [Beams at the dog and ruffles behind the ears before prying the stick out, trying to avoid any slobber and tosses it much further.]

So I come off as not that intelligent usually? [Pulls out the glasses and puts them on, posing cheerfully.] How about now?

[BEST GAME EVER! BRB Mr. Marco! Angelo scampers off again. Yay stick!]

That's not what I meant. I think you're a lot more smarter than you give yourself credit for. [She watches him and then laughs.] Oh now you look so much smarter!

I knew it, eh. I can never convince anyone I know accounting unless I have my accountant glasses on. It instills confidence in them. Thatch was always like "Why do you wear them if you don't need them?" Ah, but I do. Just for how they look. [Dramatic woe is me sigh.]

There's always a first time for everything, I think I can handle being the first to say that. Though someone else should have said it ages ago really.

If it works, it works I guess. They do make you look very mature though. Super smart!

Angelo returnns rather proudly with the stick in mouth. Did you see Mr. Marco? She was really good at this game!]

I don't know about that. Even Squall doesn't seem to mind Angelo being around and it's not uncommon for him to pet her sometimes either.

Squall's not that stuffy, eh. He couldn't even be a marine in my world. They'd have to issue him a standard stick up the butt.

[She laughs at that, not having expected a comment like that.]

He can be awful stuffy when he wants to. Are you sure about that?

You've probably got a point. They must be pretty bad then though, if they're that much worse than Squall.

[Poor Marco is unaware of the full pleasure that can be found from teasing Squall. Since mostly they just growl.]

When they aren't busy arresting nakama and being fun-killers of course.

[That's because that's how Squall is with a lot of people.]

At least Squall doesn't arrest people. Though I'm not sure I could argue him being a fun-killer since that's probably true most of the time.
