This message is for all residents of Balamb Garden.

On Monday we received a formal petition for aid from a person calling himself the "Time Compression Mage", requesting aid in his endeavor to manipulate the distortion over Tears' Point to send offworlders home.

This request is rejected.

From the discussion on the posted video, I gather this news will break no hearts. We have reviewed the available data, and the fact is, the proposed plan has too many risks and too many unknown variables.

I apologize to any offworlders for the loss of a potential avenue home, but this decision is final.

He has not yet, in fact, left. The Headmaster intends Balamb Garden as a place where offworlders can be safe, after all. He has done nothing to earn an ejection.
