not with vehicles or anything, sorry pinkie, but under their own power. we could practice stunts and routines, and have shows. it'd be awesome. who's with me here

all i know is that a cheerleader's job is to shout about how great the team is. how you do it past that i don't really care.

first we have to see where everybody's conditioning, speed, wingpower, strength, and agility are at and make sure the weaker flyers get a good training regimen set up to improve themselves. then we need to establish flight basics for people who aren't used to working in a team. i definitely want to try out some new tricks but we gotta make sure everyone's on the same page and ready to perform capably and without unnecessary risk.

Oh, you're right. As much as I've done a lot of flying before, I've only done it alone, never on a team. Is it really different? I've worked with a team for decades, but the only time I flew with someone else I was carrying them.

it's a lot different. you're not alone up there for a lot of the stunts. everyone has to be coordinated and on cue. you gotta know your teammates and what they can do. that's why good team tricks are so amazing, because it makes something really hard look really easy because you're so good.

You should know though, I can only speak in bird whistles when I'm flying though. Unless I hover and switch to hybrid. I can still understand normal language, I just can't speak it back, eh.

So anything we need to coordinate will have to be done on the ground or I can just take orders I guess.

This is one of the few times I'll let you say that, but it's your group, so I can't complain.

...But that doesn't mean I'm not gonna give you a challenge. I might not be as fast, but I can handle myself pretty well.

Gotta admit, I'm pretty curious about what routines you'll be planning out.

depends on the skill level. can't say till i know what everyone can do.

Then we go for a middle ground, right? There's a saying about being as strong as your weakest link, so it's all about making sure everypony can keep up.

training and development will be really important. it isn't just about flying good, it's about flying better than you could.

Then we all grow as a group and fly as a group...pretty much take care of all that stuff as a group. It's a good way to build up a foundation.
