Option 1.

Hey, does anyone have any clothes they don't want anymore? The charity I've been volunteering at is running really low on their clothing inventory and I said I'd ask around. They accept all sizes, so long as it's new or gently used. Gently used basically means no stains, rips or tears, etc. It's fine if it had a small tear that you patched up. Just... nothing gross like used underwear, okay guys?

I'll be collecting the donations in my room, B105. Thanks in advance for the help!

I think they took all of my clothes from when I was last here, but 424 has some cute stuff for cheap whenever they've got their big sales. :)

Depends on if they had a roommate at the time, I'd think. When my old roommate left, I just kept her clothes since we were the same size. :/

No problem! I'd donate my stuff, but I kind of need to rebuild my wardrobe again first.

[She looks up at the mention of her post.] Thanks. And now you know where I'm always disappearing to. [A soft chuckle.] Not too sure yet. I will if I get a bunch of clothes.

Would handmade items still qualify as acceptable donation materials? I know that some people don't exactly trust the quality control of others when it comes to clothing.

Yeah, I don't see why not. So long as it's in good condition.

Outside of a large amount of cat hair I can assure you that they're perfectly usable. It would be nice to be rid of them, as I'm currently producing more than I have a need for.

Then yeah, that would be great.

Do you make clothes as a hobby?

I'll bring them by as soon as I collect the ones I wish to donate.

I'm inclined to knitting, and given the relative calm this universe enforces on us I've been racking up more product than I have need or room for.

It is unbearably boring here, isn't it? Even with the random bad guy infestation a little while back... You'd think a place with actual monsters would be more... lively.

Not that I'm necessarily complaining. I've had enough excitement living in New York.

The funny thing about being embroiled in outrageous chaos is that while all one wishes during the metaphorical explosion of action is for things to return to a pleasant lull the moment that the problems unexpectedly come to a halt an overwhelming feeling of disappointment takes hold.

But that could simply be me speaking from a position of frustration at the lack of consequential activities here coupled with unfinished business at home. Either way, you're quite correct; it's almost intolerably dull here.

Heh, too true. I remember the time my family took a vacation to the Alps... Yeah it was too boring. I missed the excitement.

There's just something exhilarating about skating on the edge of danger without quite falling in. Who could ever have predicted adrenaline rushes would be quite so addictive?

I would rather not have my home world's level of excitement here, but something would be nice for a change.

Unfortunately so. Considering our usual luck around here I wouldn't be surprised if such a request was twisted as per the usual fairytales of a similar theme. It's unfortunate but not wholly unexpected.

Because that would trend too closely to enjoyable for the karmic forces to allow. It's simply unacceptable in their eyes.

You sound like you're talking from experience.

Unfortunately so. I'm beginning to suspect that I've had some horrific genetic experiment performed upon me as a small child that causes every unsavory event that could possibly happen to a single person to descend upon my head at all times. It's rather bothersome.

You could have just been born with bad luck, like a friend of mine likes to say.

In my case it would have been something like a bad case of predestination, although I suppose the sentiment is the same.

At least there's that bonfire thing the Headmaster just announced. That's something.

I suppose you're right, as long as no one stumbles into the bonfire and ends up rushed to the clinic with third degree burns over sixty percent of their body.

Not particularly, if only for the fact that it would make me equally heinous.

A truly worthy cause to sneak beneath the shadow of the law for. Perhaps with our abilities combined we can liven up this campus a notch or two.
