Can any of you awesome people cover for me? I got nearly killed in the Training Center this morning and I don't feel like going to the infirmary. I'm gonna be stuck in my room for a while. I ain't feeling so hot after that that big whack I got.

Room B116. The only thing that I can thing of is the Time Compression thingie. If you come can you bring some food or a board game or something. This 'isolation' thing ain't working for me.

[ Not five minutes later, there's a knock on Selphie's door. A redhead stands in the doorway, holding a battered box with CONSORTIUM written across it. ]

Open up, it's Kairi! I brought a board game!

[ If this chick is supposed to be a total stranger, she sure seems to be acting familiar... ]

[After a second of rummaging sounds, Selphie opens the door. She is paler than usual and is rubbing a sore spot on her head. Never mind the pain,she looks absolutely pleased to have company.]

YAAAY! Booyaka Kairi! [She looks at the box] Oh no, I've never played that before, you are gonna beat me.

[ Selphie makes friends in five minutes. The familiarity doesn't freak her out at all]

Of course you have, silly! We used to play Plunderbund all the time back home on the Islands. This is the same thing, with a different name. [ Because every world has Monopoly. Every single one. Kairi slips inside the room, setting the box down on the floor. She itches to give Selphie a hug, but shelves the idea on the grounds of not wanting to take advantage of Selphie's sketchy memory. ]

Islands?[She takes a seat on the floor in front of the other girl.]

[ A worried-sounding pause. ]

[Her mind is moving in circles. There was a time when she had forgotten almost her entire childhood. She is hesitate to speak. Selphie was enjoying having a visitor, and doesn't want to ruin it.]

H-huh...? That's not right. [ She blinks, then tilts her head. ] Maybe you just look a whole lot like the Selphie I know...?

[ She bites her lip. ] I'm sorry, I don't meant to upset you.

[ Kairi musters up a smile right back! She takes Selphie's hands in hers. ]

Well, you know what? We'll be friends anyway, if that's okay with you. [ FUCK CIRCUMSTANCE, SISBROS4LYFE ] I'm Kairi!
