[Sollux is simply wandering around looking for a crowded place and someone he can ask for help. He doesn't know where he is, and he doesn't know how he knows where he is, cause last time he checked he hadn't really learned how to smell colors yet like Terezi had, but right now he has a vague idea of his surroundings, however blurry and poorly formed they may be and he can "see" well enough to know he's not back in the veil anymore. He's carrying his letter in his hand, but he can't actually see the words on the paper in order to read them.]

Right, give the letter to the blind troll. That makes a lot of sense.

[He grumbles to himself. He's just going to keep wandering around grousing until he can work up the nerve to ask someone for help.]

[Quirks his mouth a little, but his tone is slightly less irritated when he says this.]

Feferi thought a lot of questionable things were good ideas. Give me your paperwork, I'll help you to your dorm.

It's 101 I think. Mr. William's told me.

[He looks over the paperwork and nods absently, reaching out and taking Sollux's wrist.]

Look, I can kind of smell you so you don't have to lead me around like that.

[Blinks, but lets go.]

Just do us all a favor and don't start licking things like a complete nutjob. [He very pointedly does not bring up Terezi's name.]

[That wasn't entirely his intention, but sure, he can appreciate that.]

Good. Come on. [Turns heel and starts off.]

You were gone for a week?

[Goddammit why did he mention that.]

Well you're still alive so it couldn't have been that awful.

...I passed out in class and was more or less unconscious and confined to a stupid human bed for a week.

Wait, what? You were unconscious for a week?

More or less. There was no point in waking up, nobody would let me get up. Severe exhaustion, they told me. They don't know shit about what it takes to lead you numbskulls, or what sleeping is like without a dreamself-- [Cuts off, snarling. He hadn't meant to ramble all that.]

Is it that hard to sleep without them? I just went to the dream bubbles when I was passed out.

It was actually.. kind of nice..

[Huffs. He doesn't actually remember much of when he was asleep.]
