009 [Action] Backdated to June 13th

[Bulla's walking around and handing out turquoise coloured flyers. Thanks to Vanille's help, she's got some that are pretty nice. The ones Bulla made herself are simpler, although they get the message across.

The ads Bulla made read "Vote Bulla Brief for Homecoming Princess. As the Head of Fight Club, the unofficial Fashion Club and a member of the Garden Festival Committee, she stays involved with what's going around Garden. She can also protect you from Grell."

Bulla offers a cheerful smile to everyone she approaches.]

I didn't say it was useful. Just that it was a required class. It might be a little useful for someone specializing in Covert Operations or International Business, but I can't see it being useful for any of the other specialties.
