[ Action || Dormitories ]
[When he first transportalized into the Balamb Garden dormitories, he was confused. He was sure he'd entered the warp gate that lead to the Land of Quartz and Melody, but Aradia was no where to be seen. Was this some new, hidden challenge level he'd randomly journeyed to? They'd only just started SGRUB, it was possible...]
[Except, the acceptance letter siting on the sleep square sort of suggested otherwise. And while he wasn't thrilled to be delayed in his mission tomake Aradia his girlfriend guide the b100 team to flawless victory, the words "time compression" were involved. And if he knew anything about time shenanigans, it's that they were better off being left to the experts. And while the experts attempted to figure out how to get every one back to their own worlds, he might as well make the most out of his time here and gain ALL THE LEVELS. With any luck, he'd be back before anyone knew to miss him, mwahahahaha.]
[And the course catalog was filled with so many interesting classes... How could he ever chose?]
[He couldn't, that's how, and he spent hours pouring over the selection, putting together different combinations and specializations until finally, hunger forced him to emerge from his assigned respiteblock.]
[He made it to the front door of the dormitories before he was forced to beat a hasty retreat. It was day. Oh gee, it was the day. He'd been up all night, and now it was day, and he was hungry, and the sun was out.]
[There is now a troll pressed back against the wall opposite the main entrance, trying his darnedest not to look guilty and/or terrified. WHAT DO?]

I have. I haven't picked a specialization yet fur sure [the whole going to school thing was still a little unsettling to her] but covert opurrations look like something I might be able to do. Fur now I'm just taking the mandatory classes.

You should take the art class. I was considering it, as the figure drawing would improve the schematics and overall appearance of my robotics. We could have a class together.
Karkat is also taking covert operations. I'm not sure I want you in the same classes as he is without supervision. [But it does suit her. But if she waits a semester, then he won't be in those classes anymore. Hmm...]

[She hadn't considered taking an art class. It had been a long while since she had picked up a paintbrush or pencil, but the idea of taking a class with Equius sounded fun.] I think I'd like that.
[She and Karkat had yet to talk about classes, so that came as a surprise to her. Well she certainly had more of an incentive to take the specialization now. Or maybe not, she was afraid of what he might think if he saw her doing poorly in class.]
[She opened her eyes.] I'd be fine. He's been nothing but nice to me since we've both been here.

[Equius would never allow her to do poorly in anything. Even with the workload he intends to have, he'd make time to help her before he did any studying of his own.]
[huff] Being nice does not automatically make him a good influence, Nepeta. He's loud and obnoxious and his manners are atrocious, not to mention his foul language. I just do not want you picking up any of his habits.

He's not obnoxious [that is said with a slightly defensive tone. As for the rest...well, she honestly can't deny that he is loud or foul-mouthed.]

[pause] They're very culturally insensitive creatures.
And yes, he is.
herp derp derp this is why i should reread stuff when im late on tags
[as for the matter of Karkat] Yea he can be purrty loud sometimes and gets angry over the littlelest thing but I think it's kind of funny!
