[Anyone wandering the quad might find a certain phoenix only about a foot high and chirping warily, looking about and giving you cock-eyed glances trying to find his crewmates and Pops. This doesn't work fantastically in the snow, but it doesn't stop him from trying either, hopping about on the top and leaving bird tracks everywhere. If you should happen to accidentally step on his tail though, that will get a VERY angry squawk and possibly pecking eyes out. So don't do that. Scooping him up might not be a problem though, as Marco has gotten almost used to being manhandled by his "giant" crew members.]

Marco?

[Marco doesn't recognize him back, but he knew his name, so he might be in Pops' crew! Or maybe one of Pops' allies! He hops over in phoenix and once he's sure no one's looking, switches back into human. A nine year old kid-sized human.]
You know my name?

You don't know me?
no subject
No, sorry... should I?
no subject
Technically, yes, but I don't care if you do or not. Name's Espio.

[Still, Marco didn't forget his manners and now that he's fairly certain Espio isn't a threat he gives a quick bow and offers a handshake.] Do you know where my Pops is?
no subject
At a guess? Nowhere near here. This is Trabia - I'd say it's a long way from wherever you came from.

What, like the Red Line? Kuso... I need to get back to my Pops. Is there a den den mushi around? Or-- well if you know me, do you know Joz or Vista, or Atomos and Thatch?

Let's say there's a lot I don't know, okay? You, get yourself back inside before you freeze - and I'll talk to you properly when the door's shut.
no subject
[Still, he dutifully comes inside for now, if a bit wary and still looking like he'll kick and claw the snot out of anything that sets him off the wrong way.]

Well, your Pops definitely isn't anywhere near here, I'll give you that. You're best off not looking - not yet, at least.

[Seifer approaches the bird, clearly debating whether or not to shove his foot down its throat. He glares at it warily, unsure if its a chocobo or not. Because it really doesn't look like that.]
Quit it you dumb bird.
no subject
[That gets Seifer an angry squawky glare and hiss like an angry swan, as the baby phoenix deftly fits back and tries to find someplace safe to fly to.]
no subject
You know I'll squash you if you come near me again.
no subject
SKRRRRRRRRREEEEEEEEEEEE!
[So now there's a chicken-sized phoenix darting at Seifer's head angrily with talons.]
no subject
[Seifer glares and revs up that hideously ugly bat, because he's not pleased. And really, this isn't his Hyperion so he's batting away and clearly failing to dodge the phoenix.]
Get off of me you stupid bird!
