Just... not necessarily at top speed. Shiny Garden is shiny. So Eiko is doing what Eiko does: "sightseeing." In that there's currently a small, blue-haired six year old bouncing around 1F and poking her nose into everything. You know - to see what's up.

That's normal. 'cause on Gaia, Shiva changed. It's written on the Eidolon Wall as part of the Summoner Tribe's research - Shiva's appearance changed as the legends changed. She used to be a little pixie, but Dagger's Shiva is a grown woman!

No, these are more powerful. There aren't actually too many normal motorcycles on my world, any more, because they invented hoverbikes, and those can fly.
