[Whether it's the cause of the flooding is hard to ascertain just by inspection, especially in the dark at the bottom of the stairway, but the ceiling-high pile of mostly-stone debris sitting right where you'd expect a door to be probably isn't helping. It definitely isn't going to help Namur press on much further by himself.
