[Rainbow is downright moping in bed, because it's sooooo boring in here. They have her hooked up to a couple of different machines to monitor her vitals, because apparently becoming an energy being for a bit is WEIRD and STRANGE or something.]

[Other people had had it worse, dang it!]

[So at the sight of Ed, she perks right up, going from mopey and grumbling to smiles.]
