[It's sunny. It's warm. It's a new town, with the sound and smell of the ocean around. This is obviously the best time to pretty much lounge on one of FH's giant solar panel and catch up on some reading. Where appropriate (like, when there's no giant monsters attacking), Espio is a huge proponent of using hot weather as an excuse to lie around and be lazy.

He can't help it. It comes with being reliant on the sun for heat.

Though some might mistake him for being asleep - hey, he could just be using the book to hide it - he's actually feeling pretty energetic and, by his standards, practically cheerful. He's more than up for random conversations with anyone who passes nearby, occasionally calling out when it's someone he recognises.]

And be careful. FH might be full of pacifists, but I'm not sure how well they'd take two "monsters" hanging out on their solar panels!

It's part of the whole cold-blooded thing. Warmer weather means a faster metabolism, which means I need to eat more.
