[B. Damian is under one of the SeeD Personal Carrier Vehicles, for all intents and purposes taking the undercarriage apart. In reality he's simply seeing how different cars from this planet are from the ones he's used to from home. In short--he's homesick, and the act of tinkering with a car is reminding him a bit of home, where he was the current batmobile's primary mechanic (and creator). Regardless, he's making a lot of noise and a whole lot of mess.]
