[It is nearing curfew and Nepeta is neither in the training center or in her dorm. She is, in fact, in someone else's dorm.

Nothing strange there, sans for the fact that the owner of said dorm is not there with her. How she managed to get in is anyone's guess, but there is a reason she earned the title of Rogue in the trolls' session of SGRUB.

She had been waiting for Vriska to return for a while now, but it was only in the last ten minutes that she became distracted by a fly. Those buggers had a habit of doing that, and she was now engaged in an unspoken competition with it. Both were perched on the windowsill, she behind Vriska's venus fly trap and eying it beadily.

Neither moved--neither would forfeit this match.]

[Keys jingling in the door, Vriska comes inside and throws her bag off to the side and slams the door shut. Flicking on the lights she pulls her hair out from it's ponytail on top of her head and suddenly stopped.

She was so sure she locked the door before she left.

Crouching down she pulled out her hidden, ornate dagger from her boot, eyes darting around the partially illuminated living room. The sitting area and kitchen were still dark and there was a large shadow by the window, larger than her venus fly trap plant.

Holding the dagger offensively she slowly made her way to the shadow before her eyes adjusted and she stopped. A low growl emitted from the back of her throat.]
